Since 2016, Alberta Ecotrust's Environmental Gathering has united passionate environmental leaders from across Alberta to learn, connect and amplify their impact.

After a brief pause, we’re excited to announce its return to Calgary, May 7-9, 2025, at Mount Royal University! This will be more than a conference – it’s a powerful opportunity to join a diverse community of changemakers, including nonprofits, Indigenous leaders, businesses and government as we tackle the most pressing environmental challenges of our time.

This year’s theme, Building Bridges, highlights the importance of trust, collaboration and connection in co-creating a sustainable and resilient future. Attendees will engage with inspiring speakers, collaborative programming, practical tools and showcasing innovative solutions that tackle environmental, social, and economic challenges together. By fostering partnerships and bridging diverse perspectives, the Gathering will empower attendees to turn ideas into action and spark real change.
