Agents of Change 2022 is EHRC’s annual flagship event on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).

This national two-day forum brings together Canada’s electricity sector leaders, HR directors and our sector’s DEI champions to equip participants with current best practices and valuable resources to address the challenges experienced by women, Indigenous peoples, racialized people, persons with disabilities, LGBTQQIP2SAA and newcomers to Canada.

Our goal - to create workplaces where all employees feel valued, respected and heard.
