In this presentation, Efficiency Canada research manager James Gaede will provide an overview of his recent research on industrial energy management programs and policy in Canada. Taking a "policy system" perspective, James will review the challenges and opportunities of industrial energy management and its potential to contribute to Canadian climate change goals.  He will conclude by outlining the features of a policy system for continuous improvement in industrial energy use.
