AB Smart Cities Directory: Profile your Export Ready Company to Trade Commissioners World-Wide

The Trade Commissioner Service of Global Affairs Canada is building a directory that will profile Alberta companies within the smart cities sector. This directory will be used by Canadian embassies abroad to market Alberta’s capabilities.
Eligible companies to be included in the directory must meet the following criteria:
Be incorporated in Alberta
Currently exporting their technology or plan to export within the next 12 months
The directory will focus on five main industry verticals:
Smart Buildings: Incorporating artificial intelligence (AI) in building systems; energy management and building controls; engineering, architectural, and urban design; healthy buildings and heating technologies.
Smart Energy Systems: Incorporating smart grids, micro grids, renewable energy, energy generating utilities, and energy storage.
Smart Utilities: Comprising non-energy utilities including water, waste, and ICT (information and communications technology)/telecom utilities, subsectors include analytics and control systems.
Smart Transportation and Mobility: Including autonomous driving, connectivity and the Internet of Things infrastructure, public transit, shared mobility, and vehicle electrification.
Smart Social/Citizen Services: Including online education, smart healthcare, smart safety and security (including emergency response), and eGovernment services.
