Battery Metals Association of Canada (BMAC)

The Battery Metals Association of Canada (BMAC) is a trade organization of entrepreneurs, explorers, developers and producers of battery metals and materials, who have joined together to support a rapidly changing energy landscape. We believe Canada can become a leader in the expanding battery metals industry.   

As a national nonprofit association, BMAC’s mission is to grow the battery industry in Canada and to expand the domestic supply chain through connection. From supporting key research and development initiatives to building a strong interconnected industry while promoting new policy options – BMAC is dedicated to building a strong, responsible and enduring battery metals industry in Canada.

BMAC’s endeavors include workshops, industry networking events and a whitepaper, which can be found here. Currently we are putting finishing touches on a living ecosystem map that will further connect all players along the value chain, providing a catalyst for coordination, collaboration and cooperation!
