Rural and remote communities have the most to gain - economically, socially and environmentally - from the unfolding revolution in information and communication technology (ICT). It means taking the lead to deploy and employ high-speed networks, local data centers, environmental sensors, mobile applications and other digital tools and infrastructure that are essential to realizing related opportunities.

I work to advance ICT leadership, investment, entrepreneurship and utilization in rural communities, leveraging an opportunity-focused strategy called PICTURE (Putting ICT to Use in Regional Economies).
