Keith Cleland
Keith is a chemical engineer by training with interests in environmental sustainability and electrochemistry. He enjoys helping others succeed and working together to solve problems that matter.
Keith’s is passionate about bridging the gap between effective and affordable technology that enables massive renewable electricity adoption. He is currently building the start-up Aqua-Cell Energy Inc., focusing on designing low cost, safe energy storage for commercial and industrial solar power.
He completed his BSc in Chemical Engineering at the University of Calgary and studied his MSc at the University of Waterloo. He’s received first place on a team in the national Hatch Plant Design Competition for designing an electrochemical process to produce O2 on Mars. He loves performing music, and spending time outside actively – snowboarding, kayaking, and rock climbing are his favorites.
