McART Consulting consists of a group of professionals headed by Mal Dissanayake, Ph.D., P. Eng, who functions as the President of the organization. Our focus is to provide consultancy services in engineering, sustainable energy, and education spheres.
The entire world is making progress towards sustainable energy, with encouraging signs that energy is becoming more sustainable and widely available. Access to electricity in developing countries has begun to accelerate, energy efficiency continues to improve, and renewable energy is making impressive gains in the electricity sector. More focused attention is needed to improve access to sustainable energy and there is no single energy transition approach: for some it is decarbonization, for others digitalization, decentralization, or decommissioning.
McART Consultants have engaged in several projects involving sustainable energy including renewable energy education, sustainable energy policy, and role of indigenous people in this sector and energy transition.
