Manfred Klein
Manfred Klein is an independent consultant on a range of environment and energy issues. He is semi-retired as of 2013 after 33 years in the federal government, with the National Research Council, Environment Canada and the National Energy Board, involved with policy, standards and research with the electricity, cogeneration, natural gas and industrial sectors. He has provided and organized various industrial training functions on distributed energy systems, promoting balanced approaches environmental issues, system efficiency and reliability.
