Attention Canadian software developers!

**Please note: The IDEaS team is sharing information on behalf of the NATO DIANA team. IDEaS and NATO DIANA are separate programs that both support innovation opportunities. 

We are sharing with you an exciting opportunity for Canadian innovators: the NATO Innovation Hackathon – March 2025. This virtual event focuses on leveraging AI/ML for sensor fusion, reconnaissance, and command and control (C2) in challenging operational environments.

KEY DETAILS:

  • When: March 11 & 18, 2025 (both days required) 

  • Registration deadline: February 21, 2025, 12:00 EST 

  • Format: Virtual event with breakout sessions 

  • Eligibility: Open to registered companies in NATO member status with a minimum viable product (TRL 6+) and meeting specific conditions (see attached document for full details). This third-party document is available in English only.

  • Prizes: Up to €20,000 per winning team (up to 10 winning teams)

Interested teams (up to 4 members) must register by February 21, 2025 via the NATO DIANA portal: LINK (in English only)
