RFPQ - Request for Pre-Qualification (Formal)

This Request for Supplier Qualifications is an invitation by Saskatchewan Power Corporation to prospective Respondents to qualify in accordance with this RFSQ for eligibility to participate in a potential invitational second stage competitive procurement process. Those prospective Respondents that are qualified may be invited to submit a proposal to develop, finance, construct, own, operate, maintain and decommission one of two 100 MW Alternating Current new owner-operated photovoltaic Solar Generation Facilities from which SaskPower will have the exclusive right to purchase metered energy, ancillary services and environmental attributes under a Power Purchase Agreement for a fixed term of twenty-five (25) years. SaskPower anticipates entering into (i) one 100 MW Power Purchase Agreement with one Successful Proponent for one 100 MW Alternating Current Solar Generation Facility, or (ii) two 100 MW Power Purchase Agreements with different Successful Proponents, each for a 100 MW Alternating Current Solar Generation Facility.
