PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES (PMC)

A Project Management Consulting firm (sole/ JV) (Consultant) will be recruited under MFF2 Tranche 4 and the Power Transmission Strengthening Project to provide overarching program supervision, consultancy, construction supervision consulting services for the projects listed in tables below. The Consultant contract may be amended and extended to incorporate tasks related to implementation of additional projects through contract variations. All recruitment of consultants will be in accordance with ADB Procurement Policy: Goods, Works, Non- consulting and Consulting Services (2017, as amended from time to time) and Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended from time to time).

The Firm is required to have substantial experience in program and project management and implementation in the energy sector covering development and rehabilitation of transmission lines, and substations, and distribution projects. The firm shall have specific experience of similar nature of the project. For 220kV Transmission Lines, experience of 132kV or higher voltage T/Lines shall be considered. In case of Design or Design review, the experience of 500kV or above voltage only shall be acceptable.

Firms with experience in the region are preferable.
