Energy Innovation Forum Canada 2022

  • Toronto, Ontario Canada (map)

What does Canada’s energy future look like and how can we work together to achieve that transformation?

EIF 2022 is focused on fostering collaboration across the Canadian energy sector to accelerate the pace of Canada’s energy transition from traditional fossil-based systems of energy production and consumption including oil, natural gas and coal, to renewable energy sources while targeting a reduction of energy-related greenhouse gas emissions through various forms of decarbonization.

The increasing penetration of renewable energy into today’s energy supply mix, the arrival of intense electrification, increased adoption in energy storage, and the need for a more resilient grid are all key drivers of this energy transition, enabling us to unlock new opportunities and develop new initiatives and research that will propel Canada’s decentralized low-carbon energy sector.
