The Association of Energy Engineers Alberta is excited to host a webinar on September 15th from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm MDT on smart buildings, ventilation, air quality and energy use. In this presentation, Andreas Winardi will present strategies that he has been implementing, from Smart Building and Retrocomissioning to provide required IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) to safely reopen buildings. Strategies includes contact tracing, UVs and a control plan and while avoiding to blow up the budget in doing so.

Event Abstract:

Energy efficiency have been taking the back seat lately with the call for increased ventilation when reopening buildings. Ventilation is key to maintain good Indoor Air Quality, but should we sacrifice Energy Efficiency to achieve this? Is there a better way to mitigate the risk, while saving energy and safely reopening buildings to be occupied after a long shutdown? Is it time to be Smart and smartly deploy a new way to optimize building performance?
