The Canadian Biogas Association
The Canadian Biogas Association is the collective voice of the biogas industry. Since 2008, our membership has grown to over 130, including farmers, municipalities, technology developers, consultants, finance and insurance firms, and other affiliate representatives – all with a focus on building the biogas sector in Canada. The CBA serves its members by guiding policy and regulatory developments related to organics diversion, climate change, nutrient management and renewable energy, as well as conducting education and outreach activities, such as hosting events, our annual Value of Biogas Conferences, preparing resources, and informing stakeholders and the public. The CBA is committed to building industry knowledge through the exchange of information, creating knowledge networks, and offering guidance and assistance on a wide range of issues.
